We encourage you to apply for academic recognition and grade conversion as early as possible, as these procedures take time.
If you have acquired secondary education abroad and intend to apply for state-funded short-cycle, undergraduate, or integrated study programs during the general admission process via the LAMA BPO system, applications for the conversion of foreign secondary education qualifications that entitle you to higher education studies will be accepted starting May 12. These grades must be converted to the Lithuanian achievement evaluation scale. This conversion is necessary for the calculation of the competitive admission score.
Grade conversion can only be carried out if the foreign qualification has been recognized as equivalent to the Lithuanian secondary school leaving certificate. The recognition of foreign qualifications is performed by SKVC and some higher education institutions, whose list can be found [here].
If your foreign qualification has already been recognized, you can immediately apply for grade conversion by completing the application online. More information:

If you do not yet have a decision regarding the recognition of your foreign qualification, you must first complete the academic recognition application before applying for grade conversion:

Please note that the grade conversion service is only available to those eligible to apply for state-funded short-cycle, undergraduate, or integrated study programs, namely:
Citizens of Lithuania, other EU member states, or countries in the European Economic Area, as well as their family members and stateless persons;
Persons holding a permanent residence permit in Lithuania;
Lithuanians living abroad.
The service will be available until August 19.
